Secret Make-Up Guarantee Against Manufacturing Defects

We fully stand behind the manufacturing of our beauty tools and guarantee their performance. 

Secret Make-Up will replace with the same or similar tool free of charge if the implement fails due to defective material or workmanship.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, Secret Make-Up will review each case and repair and/or replace at the brand’s discretion:

• Secret Make-Up Crystal/Glass products: up to 1 year from date of purchase
• Secret Make-Up Metal (stainless steel) products: up to 2 years from date of purchase
• We will not replace brushes, pouches, suction cups, accessory bags or previously replaced items.

The Secret Make-Up guarantee does not apply to products that have been misused or modified, products from brands other than Secret Make-Up or products purchased from an unauthorized seller. Secret Make-Up reserves the right to reject replacement or repair requests if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an implement is counterfeit, or in cases of fraud or abuse of the policy.

Purchased from an authorised seller:
If you’ve purchased Secret Make-Up products from an authorized seller, the guarantee is only valid with your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or abuse, alteration to the product, negligence, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.

Please allow about 4–6 weeks for the replacement return process to complete. The Secret Make-Up Guarantee is void if the product is abused, damaged, or rusted.

Once we received the product at our warehouse *shipping charges not included* and it does not pass our inspection for a replacement (guidelines are posted above), and you would like the product back, there will be shipping charges. If the product is not eligible for a refund and after 7 days the product has not been claimed back, it will be disposed of.
